All records and files maintained by the church are confidential and shall remain the property of the church. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, members’ details, church’s database, financial records, personnel and payroll records, information regarding vendors, suppliers, church’s operations, procedures, or practices. Confidential information may not be removed in any form from the church premises without express authorisation.
