SYNOPSIS
• For most of us, the command to observe the Sabbath is simply a code of conduct; something we ought to do as good Christians. Yet, we are often uncertain of the rationale behind it; why God commands his people to do so.
• As a result, we find ourselves disregarding it and we find ourselves more exhausted than ever before.
• Come join us as we explore the Sabbath command from a biblical perspective and discover practical handles on how we might find the rest that God intends for us.
